On behalf of myself and my sister Bronwynn ( for whom we hosted her birthday party) I just wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful catering yesterday. Keith was superb- he arrived early and had everything ready to go as planned, and the food was a great success with all our guests. We will definitely recommend your business to all our friends... It was our first time ever using a caterer so it was a great experience and allowed myself and our other sister to really enjoy the party knowing the food was in good hands.

I held my 50th Birthday Party aboard a boat on Sydney Harbour on 28th January, their catering options didn't really excite me. As half my party were men with huge appetites I wanted something a bit more substantial & special. The thought of coordinating a Caterer with the Boat Company with times, responsibilities etc left me feeling quite anxious. After discussing my requirements with Allan from True Blue Catering I felt instant relief. I organised to have the Super Spit Roast Buffet with extras delivered, the whole process was easy, Allan was extremely professional, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a 30 minute window for all supplies to be dropped off at the boat, the food was delivered hot, delicious & on time. My friends and family all raved about the food, it was plentiful, fresh & delicious. Thank you so much True Blue Catering for being apart of making a wonderful successful & fabulous event happen.

We would like to let you know how wonderful we found your service to be. Carlos came

to cater for our daughter's engagement party yesterday.
 

We booked you on the recommendation of friends, and we can see why they spoke so highly of your

business. The food was all delicious, and commented upon positively by many guests.

There was certainly plenty of it, with substantial left-overs at the end. Carlos was very

calming, and listened to us carefully before recommending the best position for the

spit. His experience was obvious.

Had True Blue Spit Roast catering for my dinner party of 40 last night. I took the option with the full catering, including the chef cooking on site and preparing all food ready for my guests. Our chef was Carlos and he was fabulous. He had wait times in between tending to the food and helped up with other small preparations like moving furniture and putting in lights (he was quite tall). Food was organised, on-time, delicious and abundant. The whole process was sooo easy - I was able to enjoy my large dinner party without a worry. I will definitely be using this service again! Maree

The President of the Social Club Rex Watts, committee members residents and guests would like to thank you for supplying our luncheon for 70 people on Sunday the 15th May. You were punctual; the meal was most enjoyable, ,it stayed warm; and there was plenty,  lots of comments received re the very nice potatoes.

Please note that your head chef and waitress provided an excellent service during my sons 21st Birthday catering. Your head chef kept us all entertaint with his cooking skills. They both chef and the waitress had great personality. All of my guest especially from Hong Kong, USA commented that the food was of excellent quality. Selection of the cheese, biscuits, gerkins, Olives and shaved chickens was fantastic. 

 

The spit Lamb, chicken pieces vegies,salads and sauce was mouth watering. Lamb was cooked to perfection and the chicken marinate was delightful. Well done to your team and I highly recommend your catering service to anyone who is looking for such service to delight their guest on any especial occassion.
